Entrinsik announced that Informer is once again ranked highest in business intelligence in the BI & Analytics Survey 23 for the third consecutive year.
Entrinsik scored in 35 top rankings and was number one for the third year in a row for price/value, customer satisfaction and ease of use in the BI & Analytics 23 survey.
“At Entrinsik, our teams are always looking for new and innovative ways to help our customers leverage their data,” said Doug Leupen, Founder and CEO of Entrinsik. “We are honored by this recognition, which is further validation of the success of our commitment to providing innovative reporting and data visualization to our clients.
The BI & Analytics 23 report is based on the results of the world’s largest and most comprehensive survey of business intelligence and analytics end users. In total, more than 1,900 business intelligence users rated 24 products against 34 criteria.
Sixty-one percent of Informer users said they purchased the software because of its value for money, and all were satisfied with the product’s value for money, with 76% describing it as “excellent.” In turn, Entrinsik achieved top marks in the KPI value award this year for the third year in a row.
With special customer support teams, tailored services, caring employees and a product that meets users’ needs, customers have been delighted with their satisfaction with Informer, according to the company. Entrinsik’s focus on certain industries and its subject matter experts results in an excellent overall customer experience, according to the survey.
Ease of use is the number one reason customers choose to buy Informer, according to Entrinsik. Seventy-three percent (well above the survey average of 28%) purchased the product for its “ease of use for report designers.” This underscores the fact that the product is aimed at business departments to help them find insights in data and produce content to share with others, according to the vendor.
