Agenda of the Alternative Payment Methods (AMP) Sub-Committee of the STAR + PLUS Pilot Program Working Group (SPPPW)

Public comment: The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) welcomes comments from the public on matters related to all of the agenda items mentioned above. Members of the public wishing to provide written public comments to HHSC can email [email protected] no later than 5:00 p.m. October 18, 2021. Please include your name and the organization you represent or that you speak as a private citizen. Written comments will not be read aloud by staff during the meeting, but comments will be forwarded to Crown staff and subcommittee members for review. Comments should not include confidential or protected health information.

Members of the public can also use the GotoWebinar question and answer section to submit a request for oral public comments only. The application must contain your name, either the organization you represent or speak to as a private citizen, and your direct telephone number. Do not include confidential information or protected health information in comments.

Public comments are limited to three minutes. Each speaker should state their name and on whose behalf they are speaking (if applicable). Members of the public using documents are requested to provide an electronic copy in accessible .pdf format for distribution by HHSC staff to subcommittee members and government staff. Documents are limited to two pages (paper size: 8.5 “by 11”, single side). Documents should be emailed to HHSC and include the name of the person who will comment. Do not include confidential information or protected health information in handouts. Staff will not read documents aloud during the meeting, but documents will be provided to subcommittee members and government staff.

Note: These procedures may be revised at the discretion of HHSC.

This meeting is open to the public. No reservations are required and there is no charge to attend this meeting.
